Astrology and prediction

At a glance

Astrology is the ancient science, and prediction is the innovative trend applicable to our present times. Successful astrologers are only those who witness divine in the science as well as their prediction. Virendra Kumar is one of the best astrologers I came across in my life so far.

First attention

Go through what Virendra Kumar has to say about the path that has led him towards the peaks of his profession, in his own words:

Russian literature

At that time the political and social scenario was dominated by socialism and communism so much so that the Indian foreign policy was tilted towards USSR proficiency. We then believed Russian literature as a mark of wisdom and harbinger of revolutionary ideology in the youth. Theories of Karl Marx were praised even in general discussions.

Ridicule

Religious minded Indians were ridiculed in general. Our rituals and theories of spiritualism were considered as irrelevant, though even before Karl Marx there were learned scholars like Charwaks, who denied the existence of God. There was no unified church for those, who did not believe in God. However it was Karl Marx, who provided such a church.

Marx theory

According to Karl Marx, only matter existed. Even the existence of mind was considered to be a product of matter. Scientists of that day agreed with this notion. In such an environment, astrology was generally ridiculed as nonsensical and superstitious.

Metals and non-metals

One day I was sitting in my chemistry class, where the teacher was explaining information related to periodic table of metals and non-metals. The properties of metals existing were described by scientific formulation.

Rishi Bhrigu’s literature

The table also described the properties of those metals yet to be discovered, simply by looking at their position in the table. While pursuing it, instantly, the story of Rishi Bhrigu flashed in my mind. A Rishi who compiled an ever green literature, in which there is a way to walk into the past, present and future times.

Counter the confusion

‘Can anything be done with the combination of Rishi Bhrigu’s literature and the periodic table of metals, to help people when they are confused about what to do and not to do?’ – I asked myself.

Veda exponents

I began to explore astrology that involved a long journey across the lengths and breadths of India, and my consultation with a number of sages and Veda exponents. The knowledge about the fundamentals followed by our Rishis became clear and clearer to me, as I dwelled more and more into the astonished.

Epoch journey

It has been 40 years since I started my epoch journey in astrology, and today I am happy to note that the contemporary science is also opening its gates to Vedic understanding of universe. There will be my sincere attempt to provide more clarity on this, in my forthcoming literature

.

Mantras and Yantras

I have decided after such a long period of research, to serve the people to improve their quality of life through an understanding of their potentials via their astrological charts, with the help of meta-physical forces of Mantras and Yantras to reduce negative effects emerging from the planets. I am sure, the positive impact of meta physical forces will be immense, on a person’s life.

My NaNoNovel

Employment as a correspondent, carried out with enthusiasm, will help us to find an early recognition in professional life. Presuming such recognition will be a reality in five years in any other profession; we can easily say it’ll be on our way within a year, if we serve for the media.
An individual’s image in the media could even help him or her to play with a variety of choices, when it comes to lifetime decisions like marrying.
No wonder if press reporters, during the course of their assignments, come across marriage proposals from architects, doctors and other professionals. They may reject those, but more proposals continue to be there non-stop, till they marry.
In comparison, let us look at laymen who try to marry-off their children (who could be doctors, advocates, businessmen and so on), by registering their names in matrimony websites:
They shell down a fortune for such registration, presuming that they will be able to identify the best match for their son or daughter. What happens after registering according to the latest trend, for example as a vegetarian family interested in alliance with another vegetarian family?
They will be allowed to have 30 phone numbers to start their communication. Going through those, the average rejection will be: For no reason from ten numbers, for horoscope not matching ten numbers and for the sub-caste not matching the remaining ten numbers!
When they say nothing clicked and request for more phone numbers, the matrimony site suggest them in turn to pay more money and become a premium member! When the problem of ‘sub-caste not matching’ is cited, they will be demanded to register in a separate sub-caste website, by again paying a few thousand rupees more!!!
There could be occasions, people pretending to be interested in alliance land up for lunch or dinner, claiming that a personal visit will help the two families to know each other better! The guests of course refrain to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to the alliance, either on the spot or after they go back to their home!
Other than the above, registrants receive daily list of ten matching profiles, who hardly respond when contacted. Daily list mailing service stops after a short period of time for want of renewal. Renewal results in nothing other than repetition of the above!
Cycle of the said phenomenon will be in force till you’re fed up and say, ‘Sorry friend, no more renewals!’, though the matrimony websites never ever stop pestering, to get your registration renewed.
Once the above lines are convinced, I think there will be a keenness to know how main character of my NaNoNovel 'Whom to marry?', correspondent of a weekly magazine, weighed and rejected nine top class proposals she came across in her career, and remained in demand even after that.

This novel is likely to relate fifty percent of its content towards the Art of Living, while the remainder is expected to be shared by thirty and twenty percent respectively by journalism and matrimony.

It's not too late to enter the 'write a new novel' challenge! If you register it on link http://nanowrimo.org/ today, you end up composing as little as 6250 words per day!!!

Four Lies Writers Believe

'I’ve been teaching and coaching writers for four years through the Write Practice. I did the math recently and realized that in the last twelve months, we’ve helped over 2.5 million people become better writers. As a writer and ghostwriter of four books myself, I’ve learned that there are a few common lies that writers tell themselves.' - It's an authoritative statement of Joe Bunting, the World # 1 NaNoWriMo Fan.
His script below will explain how Writers' Announcements 1, 2, 3 and 4 cannot be a reality.

Annoncement 1

“I’ll write a book some day.”

If not now, when?

Most people say things like, “I want to write a book,” or even, “I’m working on a book.” I’ve said the same things. But how many people actually write one?

What if you never finish your books? What if you die with your books still trapped inside of you? And here’s a terrifying thought:

Most people do die with their books unwritten. This happens all the time. Will you be one of them?

You have a chance to write your book. Isn’t it time you do it?

Writing a book is hard, but if you create a plan and stick with it, you will finish.

(Of course, sticking with it is really the hardest part. But that’s where a community comes in. More on that in a moment, though.)

Annoncement 2

“You can’t make any money as a writer.”

Yes, historically there were writers who were very poor, like Edgar Allen Poe and Herman Melville.

But some writers were also very rich, like J.K. Rowling, Earnest Hemingway, and Dr. Seuss.

Writers are just people, and people come in all shapes, sizes, and net worth.

I know many people who have made successful careers off their writing. Carlos Cooper, a friend and former contributor to The Write Practice, started writing regularly just a few years ago, and now makes his full-time living off his writing.

When I started writing professionally a few years ago, I made less than $10,000 the first year. Now, I’m able to support myself and my family with my words.

Making writing a career, not just a hobby, is possible, and in some ways it’s easier than ever. Don’t believe the lie that you can’t make money as a writer.

Annoncement 3

“It’s just too hard.”

Yes, writing is hard, but plenty of people do it every day. People who are less intelligent than you have done it. People who aren’t as talented as you have done it. You can do it, too.

Is writing really too hard? Or is this a lie you tell yourself out of self-sabotage?

If you’ve ever felt like writing was just too hard, that you just lack the willpower or the talent or the discipline, then you’re not alone. Even writers who have been writing for years feel like this sometimes.

Earlier this week, I was talking to a successful, best-selling author who was questioning his entire career.

Your job is to not figure out what you’re legacy is going to be. Your job is to do the work.

Annoncement 4

“I can do this on my own.”

The truth is most writers never finish their books. We’re in the first week of NaNoWriMo, when hundreds of thousands of people attempt to write a book in just a month.

However, less than eleven percent of people who start NaNoWriMo complete their projects. What’s the difference between those who finish and those who don’t?

Perseverance, of course, but there’s an often-overlooked secret that successful writers have been using for centuries. Hemingway used it. Tolkien used it. Mary Shelley, the author of Frankenstein, used it.

It’s community.

.

“It takes a village to raise a child,” said Toni Morrison. In the same way, it takes a community to birth a book.

That’s why I created Becoming Writer. When I started writing, it took a community of people to help me finish my work.

For seven years, I aspired to be a writer but never finished anything. Then something changed, and in the past four years, I’ve published more than a thirty articles literary journals, national magazines, and newspapers, started one of the most popular writing sites in the world, and written or ghost-written four books.

What was the difference?

Community.

You might be thinking, No. That might be true for some people. But I can handle this on my own. I don’t need encouragement or help. I just need a great idea, a blank page, and some extra time.

To that, I say, “Ok. Good luck with that.”

Because you’ve probably tried to do that before already. You’ve probably had that great idea before, and never finished writing the book.

Why do you think this time is going to be different?

Kemmanagundi wild ventures: A project open for joint development

It is a matter related to my neighborhood, conveyed to me by Jonathan Couture, who lives close to the north pole and owns the renowned entity Mulligore Production.

Live in Wild Resort

Kemmanagundi, the famous hill station known to people for its panoramic view of mountains, cascading water falls and lush greelen vegetation, is surely a great break for heavily crowded and congested city dwellers.

For the tourists heading towards Kemmanagundi along the road from Tarikere, the spot selected for 'Live in Wild Resort' is an attracion. They stop there for a while, quench their thirst with the perennial water flow available there and proceed further. Enough indication the said resort, when operational, will be the most popular in the vicinity.

Accessibility

'Live in Wild Resort' will be a reality on Sy #s 20 and 21, Thigada grama, Lingadahalli Hobli, Tarikere Taluk, Chickamagaluru District, Karnataka - India.

It is owned by K M Anees ul-Haq (# 47, 2nd Cross, Vivekananda Nagar, Bangalore-560033; Cell #: 09448473515), former senior officer, AIR and Doordarshan in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. He has wide experience in tourism industry (in the states of Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir besides the strategic Agra), study of history and eco-culture. The project comprising 30 huts has been approved by Karnataka State Tourism Department, in support of Eco-Tourism. Ten acres of land has been converted for the purpose. Estimated cost of the project is 15Crs. Those who intend to be in touch with this project are requested to call M M Dev on Cell #s 91-7259093200, 91-9620067800 or message their purpose of contact through an SMS or e-mail to drmmd.intimate@gmail.com

Facts

Kemmanagundi has been the summer retreat of Krisnaraja Wodeyar-4, the Maharaja of erstwhile State of Mysore. It is also known as K R Hills, after the Wodeyar king. Now it is the summer resort for Governor of Karnataka, just 7km away from the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'.

Quite peaceful, serene, nesting amidst lush green forest and Coffee plantations, it is sure to revive and rejuvinate individuals physically, mentally and spiritually. Ringed by the Baba Budangiri ranges, blessed with silver cascades, mountain streams, dense growth of trees and plants, Kemmanagundi's beautifully laid out ornamental gardens, enchanting mountains and valley views are a treat to the eye.

The spectacular sunset view from the Raj Bhavan is a photographer's delight. For youths adventurous at heart, Kemmanagundi offers many peaks to scale and intricate jungle paths to explore.

Hebbe Falls

A trek from Kemmanagundi along a steep and narrow path leads to sprightly twin-fall surrounded by dense forests as well as coco and coffee plantations. Said water waterfall rushing down to a depth of 250ft in two stages is fondly named as 'Hebbe Falls'. This location is just 18kms away from the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'.

Baba Budangiri range

The 1985mts/6220ft high peak takes its name from the sufi saint Baba Budan, who brought coffee seeds from Arabia, sowed and lived here. Situated in the Baba Budangiri is the Inam Dattatreya Peetha, venerated by Muslims and Hindus alike. This shrine is 25kms away from the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'.

Shanti Falls

This waterfall separates the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort' from forest. A five-kms trek in the jungle along the stream intoxicates the adventure.

Silent valley

You witness this natural wonder just down the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'. Tourist at this spot, cannot even hear the sound of a big blast happening on road 200ft above. Tall trees and flow of the stream provide the magical effect.

Ballavara

Setting of this town directly resembles a typical town's description in R K Narayan's novel. Agriculture, main occupation of Ballavara, simply adds up to natural blending of the beautiful landscape.

Lingadahalli

Point of specific interest in this town is a Hoysala temple, that dates back prior to the world famous temples of Halebidu and Belur. Lingadahalli is 14kms away from the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'.

Belur and Halebidu

These two historic capitals of Hoysala are situated within a stretch of 65kms from the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'. Belur, best known for Chennakeshava temple complex (Built in 1116 A C to commemorate Hoysala Visnuvardhana's victory over Cholas. Facade filled with intricate sculptures, freezed with no portion left blank, it took 103 years to construct this temple), could be reached after drive of 40kms. The gorgeous twin Shiva temple in Halebidu is equipped with two sanctum sanctoriums (one beside the other), a common platform and a common broad navaranga.

Bhadra reserve and river

Bhadra river is situated in the midst of western ghats, in the districts of Shimoga and Chickamagaluru in Karnataka. The reserve is surrounded by lofty hill range of Baba Budangiri, that includes peaks like Hebbagiri, Gaganagiri and Mullayyanagiri (6316ft above mean sea level, tallest in Karnataka). Bhadra dam is at Lakkavalli, is 40kms away from the proposed 'Live in Wild Resort'.

Blooming Time

From the title of the blog and its content in the introductory post, you'll guess that Mulligores will be straight forward in their opinions and will never be bogged down by obligations. But, before you go through their opinions on happenings across the globe in forthcoming posts of this blog, you better hear about their background, in their own words:

Mulligore Production: How it Started by Jonathan Couture aka Hellcutter

I started playing guitar in 1990, when I was 10 years old. I had a lot of band afterward, and I have been able to play drum, bass and some other instruments over the years. But I never had the chance to publish any of my music.

In 2007, I decided to start my own one man band, since I had the efficiency to play and compose all the part by myself. At that time my band name was Fecal Bacteria, and it is the same even now.

My creation of music then was for fun and I just wanted to show what I am capable of. I owned a page (with a couples of my songs on it) entitled 'My Space' which was open to the addition of some other bands with music genre of my choice.

Around mid 2007, an individual contacted me on 'My Space', asking me if I would be interested to release a split CD (a music CD with two or more bands on it) with him, under his independent label, at no cost.

I accepted right away and sent him my songs, logo and stuff to put on the CD. Around a month later I received the CD, everything was home made, both side of the CD booklet was printed with an inkjet printer on some cheap paper then glued together to look thicker and the CD was an inked printed sticker manually placed on a regular CD-R that anybody could purchase in a computer store.

I looked at the entire packaging and said to myself, "This is so cool, I can do all this by myself".

Thereafter I decided to start my own label, to publish my own music. I bought a lazer printer, some photo paper and a CD printing sticker kit from the store. Then it came to choose a name. At that time I was selling some trading card game under the business name 'Mulligame', which I still own. I kept thinking that I can keep the 'Mulli' part of that name and add the word 'gore' to represent the music genre I wanted to release under the label.

Mulligore! That's it and since every label that I owned was having that word Recorded in it, I decided to float the label entitled 'Mulligore Records'.

I contacted some other bands within 'My Space' friend list, including the person who released the split CD. I released a couples of CDs and that was really fun!

I wanted to expand a little more even if I was not making any money. I decided to make 'Mulligore Records' a real business and be able to get some money to help other bands releasing their CDs, but there was an issue when I tried to register the business name Mulligore Records. I received a letter saying that I need to change name, because where I live in Quebec, the population in this province speak around 80 percent French and there is a law protecting the French language. So anybody who want to start a business in Quebec need to have a French name or a fictional word that doesn't mean anything.

'Mulligore' for sure was not the issue, since it does not mean anything even in English "maybe some day". As such I only had to change the word 'Records'. I had to choose something that was telling what the business is, in both French and English, since most of my 'My Space' friends were international English speakers.

There is rarely any word in French that mean, written and pronounced the same way as in English, other than the word 'Production'. That exactly was the word I needed, relating it to the action of making or manufacturing components using raw materials, or to the process of products being so manufactured.

The question of belling the cat got resolved! Mulligore Production was born!!!

Introduction

Emerging from North Pole, It'll never be a
'Run out of the mill'

I am not bothered

I have been criticized when I commercialized my website www.theworldofcolours.com recently. They said there is no point to have a business without benefit. What is there, I told myself, if it does not benefit me but is of help for many to derive certain benefit. I just went on to run it, by dedicating it to the computer literates across the globe.
I wear a suit without tie and shoes, to keep my father's memory alive. Remarks follow similar to the line 'my attire does not match even the trends prevalent decades ago'. Let it be, let a memory of the difficult past strengthen me to cope up with the tough present time. My father's image on LHS is the one captured before he married my mother. He lived for eight years after marriage. I was six year old, my sister Jayashree was two-and-half years old, and my brother Sreenath was two months old, when he expired. Alamelamma, my mother, brought us up in life.

So are Mulligores, who are never bothered

Mulligore Production stand apart from every other Music & Films CD store. Tom, Dick and Harry walk-in and walk-out of stores everywhere, finishing their business within moments. There can't even be a faint hope of the same customer again visiting those shops (run without passion, just to earn some money). That's where you make out Mulligores are not like others! Customer feels his/her business gets bigger and bigger with them, day after day. Mulligores and customers become familiar to each other, for ever. Mulligores just don't sell, they educate. They inspire teachers and students of the entertainment world. They never allow their customers to shell down a dollar more than worth of the products they sell. Knowledge imparted by them, on how to be efficient using those products, is free of cost for benefit of the ever-lasting customer family.

Mulligore Production contributes to the rhythm immensely. They live for music, spread music and invest on music. They are the sellers of latest beats, in Canada.

In business it should be comfortable to communicate with those who approach you and the success rate is cent percent (whereas communicating with strangers require a lot of convincing and the success rate is less than 50 percent). Drawing a leaf out of this phenomenon, the independent label founded in Sherbrooke by Jonathan Couture back in 2007, has established a tie-up with Marryah Noch (DJ/Reviewer/Model/Writer/A&R, Music-Publicist and Media Relations Worker) and is going strong with the Canadian craze 'Mulligore Radio'. All these done, without being crazy about money.

Path is drawn

Streaming posts every fortnight. Latest to state is about BLEMMYES, who are set to release debut album 'Altruism' on August 12, 2015. Bulgaria-based unit BLEMMYES has inked a deal with Mulligore Production and are almost through with every preparation related to the said album. It has been recorded at the band's home studio in Blagoevgrad, and is entirely self-produced. The title-track is available for streaming below.

'We took about a month to record the songs, and approximately two more to mix and master everything. It was a great experience for us, doing everything ourselves', states guitarist Antoan Bozhkov on the current release.

BLEMMYES was formed in 2012 by the band's current drummer Ivan Berberov and their previous vocalist Penio Krotev. They have played a couple of festivals in Bulgaria, namely Kitariada 2013 in Pernik and Koko Rock Fest Kardjali.

Line-up: Ivailo Urdev - Bass Guitar & Vocals, Antoan Bozhkov - Guitar, Ivan Berberov - Drums and Kostadin Garbev - Guitar.
